Novell Teaming brings together people and the content they need to do their jobs. Users create workspaces and invite other members to participate—both from within or outside organizational boundaries. Virtual teams can easily and securely manage, share, locate and access documents, calendars, discussion forums, wikis and blogs.

Recommended Pre-requisites

You should have the following knowledge or experience prior to attending this course:

Knowledge of basic networking technologies and concepts, such as those found in Fundamentals of Networking (Novell Course 3003 v2).
Experience managing network operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with LDAP-compliant directory services, including eDirectory and Active Directory.
Familiarity with common email services, such as Novell GroupWise or Microsoft Exchange.

Plan a Teaming + Conferencing installation
Install Teaming + Conferencing on Linux and Windows
Manage a Teaming + Conferencing server
Integrate Teaming + Conferencing with Novell eDirectory or Microsoft Active Directory
Integrate Novell GroupWise® and Microsoft Exchange with Novell Teaming + Conferencing
Create basic workflow processes
Integrate Teaming + Conferencing with Novell Dynamic Storage Technology
Install Novell Conferencing clients on Linux and Windows workstations
